Michael Herklots, longtime General Manager of Davidoff's boutique in Columbus Circle (and The Cigar Report columnist) has been handed the reins of the cigar company's Madison Avenue store. Now General Manager for both locations, he'll continue hosting numerous events and seminars about cigars and enjoying the good life, in addition to writing his regular columns for the Report.

Having started out in the cigar retail business in Boston a decade ago, Herklots joined the New York City branch of Davidoff of Geneva in 2002. In 2006, he was appointed General Manager of the Columbus Circle location. On top of his cigar-related duties, he's also a teacher for the American Sommelier Association.
